Transformation Engagements

One of SVPG's core services is helping organizations in their journey towards adopting the Product Operating Model - the approach used by companies who consistently create successful, tech-enabled products and experiences. We work both with companies that are new to working this way as well as companies looking to reinforce and strengthen the practices within their organization.

Training Engagements
